Austin Jackson was put on the disabled list today, I think with his hamstring bothering him. Avisail “Kid Cabrera” Garcia was recalled in his place from Triple-A. He was hitting over .400 on the year in eight games at Toledo and over .400 in six games in A+ Lakeland before that. He snarfed a home run in each league, too.
