My thoughts exactly:

So, in overall, things were done exactly as they should have in Miami. The Big Three came together, did what they had to do, won two championships and took the Heat to the NBA Finals four consecutive times. That’s a great achievement and the entire Heat Nation deserves credit for it. LeBron James’s tenure in Miami was successful, in a variety of different ways. – See more at:

Going back to Cleveland would be like a fairy tale, but James might end up being as frustrated as he was during his first seven seasons there. True enough, the Cavaliers present a younger and talented line-up. The line-up that they have right now might be the best they’ve had in a long time, and maybe even better than the team that James played with in the 2007 NBA Finals. However, talented as they are, that crew is untested in the post season. They might grow to be a title contender in five years, but James is not out there to play for a growing team. He is chasing titles, and those won’t come immediately in Cleveland.

At 30 years of age, LeBron James is at a crossroads that will define his legacy. Going back to Cleveland will not right the wrong of 2010. There was nothing wrong with chasing his dreams in the first place. The Heat have accomplished a dominance we’ve never seen before. Losing is not a weakness, its part of the game. Bouncing back is a trait of a champion and a sign of greatness. We’re guessing that LeBron James will choose to bounce back with the Heat next season rather than dream a fairy tale in Cleveland.
