Why do owners think it requires nothing special to do work?
Because they don’t do any.
They snarf around all day ordering and trying to be in charge without actually getting their hands dirty – so what do they really know?
They treat people like empty-shelled robots who aren’t smart; quite the opposite is true. Hand to hand work and the players themselves are the one’s whose human instincts provide intuition enough to get a task complete.
