If you didn’t see Petr “Griffin” in goal against the Toronto Maple Leafs, ya missed out.

Our boy killed it, shutting them out in sensational fashion for 59 minutes until they pulled their goalie in a 1-0 game. Luckily, we went on to win in overtime.

Several point-blank breakaways were absorbed by #34’s winged wheel and probably at least two deserved to vanquish our lead. Finally, the tragedy happened to tie it at one.

We looked like we were playing not to lose, but we managed to preserve the tie. Then, in 3-on-3, Jakub Kindl practically marched right up to the goal from all the way down the ice as every Maple Leaf defender just kind of shied away. Kindl blasted one top shelf to win the game, holding up his arms in disbelief.

Great win on the road, making us two for two against our old coach. Suck It, Babcocky!
