That’s gonna be our Detroit anthem tonight so we can spell the Pistons blues.

Spring Training – Tigers @ Orioles

Let’s leadoff in Lakeland, where Detroit won 15-2 yesterday to begin spring training games. Anibal Sanchez took the mound, going two scoreless innings with one hit allowed. VerHagen came in and got the win, followed (in order) by Krol, Al-Al, Hardy, Valdez & Mantiply. Once again, we were dominant until the late innings, where Hardy boy struggled. It was 5-0 until the O’s finished down 5-4 for your final score.

Nick Castellanos must have been fine after Ubaldo Jimenez pluncked him yesterday. Muscle Kid knocked one out of the park with J.D. Martinez on base.

Pistons @ Pelicans

Now, we must take the pain. Unfortunately, Detroit lost it’s third in a row on the road in New Orleans. We let unibrow score way too much, and ultimately, our offense was lacking rhythm. It might take some time since these new parts were put together. I still respect Stan Van and really like our Eastern Conference chances.

Rangers @ Red Wings

From what I garnered, it lookes like the Red Wings rope-a-doped New York. Jimmy Howard kept it tied at one through regulation, then we finished them off in overtime. Brand new Detroit-er from the trade gets the go-ahead game-winner!
