#1 – New Orleans 103, Detroit 101

We had a nice lead in the second half, but the Pelicans whittled away until it was tied. Then, Eric Gordon drove to the hole and tossed in the game-winner. Not a great ending at home.

#2 – Dallas 116, Detroit 106

In Dallas, we trailed ten at halftime, but came back to tie it in the third. For some reason, Vince Carter was alive and scoring – so naturally, the stunned Pistons couldn’t win this one.

I really think Coach Cheeks needs to make a midseason adjustment. The offense is running through our shooters instead of the dominant big men we have. Josh Smith, Greg Monroe, and Andre Drummond aren’t your average frontcourt. We have to utilize our players properly. Especially Monroe, who is getting benched for no good reason.
