Let me add something to the nature of TheSportingSnarf. My father, from the 60’s generation, comments on pretty much all the articles as Oldschool. You already know if you have read some snarf.
I am 25 and with his take, I think we have a nice combination of eras. Like Dan le Betard and his pops or any other father/son team.
So when you see oldschool, older snarfs, you have someone with perspective.
……………….this is the blend of opinion that helps shape who we are…sports’ belong to the people of the world…….you don’t want to live in the past……but you have to know where your coming from in order to get where you’re going to……… the powers that be will hurt sports and their fans with the same greedy lies if we forget ……….sports start and end with the athletes and the fans!
