Lions Win 1st Game in D.C.

The Lions were 0-21 entering the game in Washington D.C.

Thanks to a 4 and inches sneak by quarterback Matt Stafford that led to a Lions touchdown for a 27-17 lead & a goal line stand on 1st and goal at the 3 by the defense that forced the Snarfskins to settle for a field goal, we erased the zero.

Two Lions receivers surpassed the 100 yard mark (Nate Burleson’s 116, Calvin Johnson’s 115 + a the final touchdown). Calvin caught several balls in traffic and was a huge help to Stafford’s 385 yard day!
