    I wish i could hate them. It is liberating to leave your phone at home, accidentally. Than after about 10 minutes of freedom, you start to worry. It’s a tough one..

    That’s kind of his whole point – instead of letting real life sink in, we run to our phone as a way of distracting ourselves.

    It’s just like that sports ticker on the bottom of the Tigers games and ESPN. Massively distracting!
