-1-2-3 in the 8th
*Another Home Run for Miguel Cabrera
After the Wings won, Detroit was able to turn it’s full attention to the Tigers. Trailing 5-2, the bats came alive. With a run we got it down to 5-3. Minny would snarf another score, however, to raise it back up to 6-3. After the 7th inning stretch, Detroit managed three runs to tie it, 6-6. In the bottom of the 8th, Prince Fielder could not be stopped, driving in the winning run, 7-6.
Our closer has a 0.82 ERA and 0.55 WHIP on the year, for all you hater-ass nerds (I see you).
Anibal Sanchez has the mound tomorrow.
…………………..shoulder to the wheel and nose to the grindstone in the Motor City………those two teams were churning up a Cosmic Karmic Cloud for the hardworking masses……we made the Twins look like baseball orphans……..and ask Chicago how they liked those meaty Red Wings they serve in Detroit!!
