The Warriors took a 2-1 lead over the Nuggs, too.

In sad news for Thunder fans, Russell Westbrook tore his meniscus and will require surgery.

You might be asking, can he play during the playoffs again? Not safely.

“Typical recovery time for a torn meniscus can extend to 6-8 weeks, but the Lakers Metta World Peace was able to return to action less than two weeks after his surgery for the same injury earlier this season.”

And how is old World Peace doing since returning?

“World Peace had approximately 20 CCs of liquid drained from a popliteal cyst in his left leg Friday morning. The cyst was unrelated to the left knee surgery World Peace underwent in late March, according to a team spokesman.”

Calling his play “bummish” and “noneffective” in the Los Angeles Lakers’ 120-89 loss to the San Antonio Spurs on Friday, Metta World Peace said he “probably” will not play in Sunday’s Game 4.

World Peace went 0-for-6 from the field with no rebounds and one assist in 17 scoreless first-half minutes, and did not play in the second half.

World Peace said he is sitting out to give himself more time to get healthy.

So, it’s not wise, wizards.
