Snarf (snärf): A humorous occurrence and/or person, specifically one relating to the world of sport

Schoolboy Romney

In yesterday’s debate, Mitt tried to call out President Obama for not describing the attacks in Libya as “terrorist.”

To which Barack asked the debate mediator for a fact check – sorry Mitt, he did describe the attacks as “terrorist.”

Mitt reminds of that lazy kid in school who gets asked a question by the teacher. The kid makes something up, and the teacher says, “Did you do the reading?”

Romney is that kid who didn’t read the material, didn’t do his homework, and gets called out in front of the entire class.

Embarrassing? When you’re 15.

When you’re running for President of the United States of America?

YOU, MITT, ARE AN ASSCLOWN.

  • Ready to Roll with Hillary After watching tonight’s Democratic Debate, I was embarrassed to witness BS fail to explain any of his proposals and instead attack Hillary Clinton, who was the only one all night to bring up the assault of recent on women’s health. Meanwhile, she maintained a poised, expert-mannered demeanor throughout, dealing with douche-bag Bernie’s waving arms practically [...]
  • Dare to Dream of Hillary I get it: she’s not a rich white man. But boy is Hillary Clinton ever ready to be our next President. While vetting each and every issue the nation faces is the most important part of this process, there’s more to Clinton than just a detailed, outstanding set of policies. She’s got character, conviction, a [...]
  • Time to Take This Seriously OK… that time was long, long ago… South Park warned us. John Oliver destroyed Drumpf. Now, it’s our turn Americans: let’s vote in Hillary in New York, Cali, Indiana, New Jersey, & PA and take this election home! My heart is deeply saddened by my own peers who distrusted a supremely qualified candidate who happens to [...]

Welcome, Wizards

TheSportingSnarf is a website dedicated to the humorous, nuanced, and enjoyable aspects of the sporting and (to a lesser extent) pop-culture world. We attempt to touch upon (in varying degrees of print/video length) engaging topics which are not discussed nearly enough. We'd love for you to give us your perspective, network, and participate regularly. But if you'd just like to join in on the mob-mentality and get all sanctimonious on a particular sports figure -- head on over to ESPN.com. (Mickey Mouse welcomes you.) Or you can keep it real with us.
